We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book online to avoid missing out. If a class gets full, contact us and we can put you on our reserve list.

By combination of body weight exercises, and weights, this beginner level class will help you grow core muscles, build strength
9am – 9:45am
Here we incorporate weights , This class is for all abilities .
This session is designed to push your body to the limits using kettlebells for a full body workout building strength and stamina and of course burning fat.A 4kg Kettlebell is supplied.
Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense Hiit training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise,
High intensity boxing cardio workout , punching and pad work while moving to the beat of the music, Gloves are provided but we recommend you have your own.
This is our most popular class, that will push you to the max using battle ropes ,barbells , slam balls, TRX ,dumbells all against the clock
Run club is for everyone, if you new to running this is perfect as you go at your own pace, and if your a keen runner try and better your time each week .
