Our 1-2-1 personal training sessions are all about you and all structured to help get you stronger and fitter. we create a workout plan for you that’s tailored to your body now — and moves you forward to where you want to go.

Couples / Pairs Personal Training

With couples / pairs personal training it comes with all the benefits as 1-2-1 training but you workout with a friend or your partner, it can be quite competitive but it also makes it more fun and encouraging each other towards your individual goals.


Family Personal Training

Our Family Personal training brings the family together for a fun workout for all, With Childhood obesity at an all time high getting kids active is hard work for parents thats why we take care of there workout while you try and keep up with them.


Group Training

Take advantage of our small group training program only £35 for 2 people and just £5 for every additional person.
